SCAI QIT CME Webinar Series

The SCAI Quality Improvement Toolkit (SCAI-QIT) was developed by SCAI to provide interventional cardiologists with a tool to practice evidence - based guidelines - driven care. The tools contained in SCAI-QIT help interventional cardiologists and catheterization laboratory teams identify opportunities for improvement and changes that will positively impact patient outcomes.

After completing this program, participants should be able to;

  • Identify appropriate quality improvement programs in catheterization laboratories based on clinical guidelines;
  • Apply evidence-based practice to existing quality improvement programs;
  • Manage laboratories to tailor QI programs to local environments.

Certificates of Completion/Attendance will be provided to participants who have reviewed the presentations and completed the online evaluation\quiz. The course will generate a certificate for individual presentations; if you have any questions regarding continuing medical education credits, please contact Sylvia Pérez at
